Abraham & Isaac: A Sacrifice of Praise

How do you see God keeping His covenant in your life? What has He been actively doing that points to His faithfulness? His provision? His sufficiency? His steadfast love in your life?

What is your worship of God centered around? Is it centered on what you bring before God? Or is it utterly dependent on Jesus’ sacrifice, His substitutionary sacrifice for our sin and the punishment (death) that we deserve? How do you know?

In light of Jesus’ sacrifice, His kindness towards us, what is your response? How does this transform your attitude and understanding of worship? What kinds of sacrifices are you now compelled to make, not out of an effort to save yourself, but in response to God’s grace towards you?
