Psalms 44:4

Is Jesus Christ your King?  Your Lord?  What does that mean for you this day as you long for Him with all your heart?  This verse reminds us 1. He has authority.  He has the power to ordain, command, give and decree anything.  Do you interact with Jesus like has has all authority in heaven given to him?  Do you ask noble things from King Jesus who has all power to give?  Nobly ask for you neighbours the love of Christ to be poured on them.  Nobly ask for God to sustain and raise up the next generation.  Nobly ask God to provide for the needs of Calgary in His manner.  2. This verse reminds us of the nature of power we are to ask for.  Salvation, victory and deliverance!  What kind of victory do you need in your life this day?  Perhaps it is victory over temptation, victory in living for Christ today?  What kind of deliverance do you need - perhaps you need God to deliver your family to Christ.  Perhaps you need God to provide your daily needs.  Jesus is a good King, an authoritative King who is capable and willing to save and give Christ-like victory!  Are you willing to ask?

O God, with all my heart I long for you.  I long for you the way you want to be longed for:as a King!  Your authority knows no bounds, all the earth bows before you!  In you is found victory, saving, deliverance and salvation!  Transform my heart and mind, body and soul to believe these truths and live asking you for these good savings in my life and the life of the communities in which you've placed me.  Save me, save my family, save our church, our neighbourhood, my colleagues, our city.  Only you can give us the Godly victory that sustains us!  Amen

耶穌基督是你的君王嗎？你的主嗎？這天當你全心全意地渴望祂時對你意味著什麼? 這節經文提醒我們 1.他有權威。他有權預定，命令，給予和下令任何事情。您是否與耶穌互動，就像他在天上擁有一切權柄一樣? 你有向有一切能力給予的耶穌君王祈求崇高的事嗎？崇高地為您鄰居祈求將基督的愛澆在他們身上。崇高地祈求上帝支撐和養育下一代。崇高地祈求上帝以他的方式供應卡加里的需要。2. 這節經文提醒我們我們所祈求的力量的本質。救贖，勝利與釋放！您今天的生活需要什麼樣的勝利？或許是跨過誘惑的勝利，是今天為基督而活的勝利？您需要什麼樣的救助 - 或許您需要上帝將您的家庭交託給基督。或許您需要上帝來供應您的日常需求。耶穌是一位好君王，一位有能力並願意拯救和給予基督般勝利的權威君王！你願意去祈求嗎？

神 啊，我全心全意地渴望你。我渴望你像你想被渴望的方式那樣: 如同君王! 你的權柄是無界限的, 大地在你面前向你鞠躬! 在你身上找到了勝利，拯救，釋放和救贖。改造我的心靈和身心去相信這些真理，並且尋求你這些美好的救贖在我生命中，以及在你差遣我去的社區人群生命中。救我，救我的家人，救我們的教會，我們的鄰居，我的同事，我們的城市。只有你能給可以支撐我們的神聖勝利!  阿門。
