1. Awardees of the Recitation Competition

2. Activity Day
Due to the pandemic situation, all outdoor or indoor activities on June 5th will be changed to online activities this year. Please log in to google classroom as usual on June 5th.

3. 2019-2020 Graduation Ceremony
The postponed 2019-2020 graduation ceremony due to the pandemic will be held on June 5th. The ceremony will be conducted online. Students and parents are welcome to log in and watch the ceremony.

4. Graduation and Annual Commencement Ceremony for 2020-2021 School Year
Due to the pandemic situation, the graduation and annual commencement ceremony will be conducted online on June 12th. The link to the ceremony will be posted on the Chinese school website (https://ccac.life/eng-chinese-school) and in the Google Classroom of each class. Please go and click to participate on the day.

5. Collection of Summer Homework and Award(s)
Parents are requested to collect the student’s report card, summer homework and award(s) between June 15th and 30th within the opening hours of the school office:
9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. between Tuesday and Thursday, or
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Friday
If you are unable to visit the school during the above period, please contact the school office for further arrangements.
Due to the pandemic, the opening hours of the school office may be affected. Parents are advised to be aware of the email updates from the school office.

6. The school office will be temporarily closed from July 1st to August 3rd. We apologize for any inconvenience that might cause.

7. September 11th will be the first day of the new school year. The school will announce the
specific arrangements for the new school year in mid-August. Parents are advised to keep
an eye on the email notifications in due course.
