1. Class Arrangement for the Third Term
In view of the pandemic is not yet under control, the school has decided to maintain online classes and assessments for the 3rd term (March 6th to June 12th). The school will announce the details of the school activities in the third semester in due course.

2. Meeting Day with Mandarin Teacher
In order to provide an opportunity for the Mandarin teachers to follow up the learning progress of the students, the school has set March 6th as the second online meeting day between the Mandarin teacher and student. Please refer to the table below for the meeting time:

Although the purpose of this meeting is to provide a meeting opportunity between the teacher and student which will not involve any lecture or score calculation, students are encouraged to actively attend and seize this opportunity to communicate with their teachers.

3. Registration for New Students
The school will start accepting registrations of new students for all grades in the 2021-2022 school year on March 6th (Saturday). If your children or children of your relatives or friends are interested in enrolling in our school, please register on or after March 6th (Saturday) through the following link: https://ccac.life/eng-chinese-school

4. Suspend regular kindergarten classes
In view of the coronavirus pandemic is not yet under full control, the School Board of Directors has decided to suspend regular kindergarten classes in the 2021-2022 school year. Nevertheless, the school considers that the preschool age students will still need to have exposure to the Chinese language, hence the school will provide them with a self-study platform - "Kindergarten Online Learning Room". Registration for "Kindergarten Online Learning Room" will start on March 6th (Saturday). Please refer to the details posted in the school’s website: https://ccac.life/eng-chinese-school

5. Recitation Competition
Due to the pandemic, the recitation competition in this school year will be conducted through recorded videos. Hence, classes will continue on March 13th as usual and the results of the competition will be announced in May.

6. March 27th is school’s holiday.

7. April 3rd is Easter holiday.

8. Enrollment Reservation for Current Students
Parents can complete the enrollment reservation procedures for the 2021-2022 school year between April 1st to May 1st. Please refer to the details to be announced in the April newsletter.
