1. In view of the increasingly severe situation of the pandemic, the school office will only be opened during the following hours from December 1st:
Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (except holidays)
If parents have any questions, please contact the school office during office hours. Parents are also encouraged to check your e-mail mailbox regularly for the latest news of our school.

2. Lunar New Year Celebration
The school will hold the Lunar New Year Celebration on February 6th, 2021 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. All parents and students are welcome to log in at that time to celebrate this Chinese traditional festivity together. The link to the online Lunar New Year celebration will be posted at the Chinese school website https://ccac.life/eng-chinese-school and in the Google Classroom of each class on the day. Everyone is welcome to click and watch.

3. February 13th, 2021 will be the holiday for Family Day, No class will be conducted on that day.

4. Second Semester Student Assessment
The student assessment in the second term of this school will be conducted on February 27th, 2021. Please be advised that students will be assessed online in the Google Classroom during class time on the same day.

5. Registration for Cantonese New Students
If you are looking to register your child' sibling in Cantonese Class Grade 1 of our school in the next school year (2021-2022), please register on or before February 13th.

6. Meeting Day with Mandarin Teacher
In order to provide an opportunity for the Mandarin teachers to follow up the learning progress of the students, the school has set March 6th as the second online meeting day between the Mandarin teacher and student. Please refer to the table below for the meeting time:

Although the purpose of this meeting is to provide a meeting opportunity between the teacher and student which will not involve any lecture or score calculation, students are encouraged to actively attend and seize this opportunity to communicate with their teachers.

7. Registration for Mandarin New Students
The school will start to accept registration for new students in Mandarin class for the school year 2021-2022 from March 6th (Saturday). The registration link is https://ccac.life/eng-chinese-school
