Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Thought

Today is the last day of August and also is the end of summer break. September 1 is the first school day and also flip a new page for us to step into more unknowns. The unknowns cause us different level of aniousty and result in stress. In Matthew chapter 6, before Jesus taught us about living, he taught us how to pray. It may be difficult to have the right words or prayer when we, our families and our friends are suffering. Let us memorize the Lord's prayer in our heart.

思想

今天是8月31日,也是暑假最後的一天。9月1日，也是開學的頭一天。這一天，我們各人在不明朗情況下踏出第一次，難免有焦慮和不安，從而産生各種壓力。馬太福音第六章，耶穌在教導生活和金錢上的看法之前，他教導我們怎去祈禱。當我，我們家人或朋友在生活受痛苦的時候，我們未必能找到適合的言語或禱文去安慰。讓我們一同將主禱文銘記於心，在適當的時候，給我們，我的家人及朋友安慰，方向及從神而來的平安。
