1. Class Arrangement for the Second term
In view of the fact that the pandemic has not yet been controlled, the school has decided to continue to conduct classes and student assessments through online means in the second term (November 28^th, 2020 to February 27^th, 2021).  The school will announce the details of school activities for the second term in due course.

2. School Office Opening Hours
In view of the increasingly severe situation of the pandemic, the school office will only be opened during the following hours from December 1^st:
• Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 pm (except holidays)

If parents have any questions, please contact the school office during office hours. Parents are also encouraged to check your e-mail mailbox regularly for the latest news of our school.

3. Christmas Celebration Event
An online Christmas celebration will be held on December 12^th, 2020:
• Cantonese Classes - 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 
• Mandarin Classes - 3:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
All students and parents are welcome to log in at that time to celebrate this universal jubilation together.  The link to the online Christmas celebration will be posted on the Chinese school website on the day, please click on the link accordingly.

4. December 19^th and 26^th, 2020 are Christmas and New Year holidays respectively.  Class will resume on January 2^nd, 2021.  I wish everyone a happy long holiday in advance!

5. January 2^nd, 2021 will be the day of the “Solo Recitation” preliminary contest.  Please encourage your children to practice regularly to participate in the selection.

6. January 9^th, 2021 is the Parent-Teacher conference day. Parents are requested to attend the telephone conversation at the time arranged by the teacher.
